Review:

This is a really great breakfast to start your morning. We found that it took very little time to make, and it a quick and easy way to still eat something healthy. Even if you feel like you have no time in the morning, this can’t take more than five minutes to prepare. Because you get to choose the size of your bowl of yogurt, there’s no worries that it might be too little or too much to eat. Likewise, there are so many possibilities of things that you can put into yogurt that it would be very difficult to get bored of having this each morning. We chose to put apple slices and cinnamon sugar in our yogurt, and it was very tasty. Overall, this is a great recipe for someone who wants something that is quick and easy, but still good for you.
